How to Order
We have made shopping at Neco easy. Browse through the products in the shop, then, make your selection by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. You can add or remove products throughout the shopping process.To complete your order, select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will then require your postage and payment details. There may be a delay from when you order to when your credit card is charged.Purchases must be made with Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.
Delivery Details & Charges
Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. You may want to consider having parcels delivered to your work address for ease of collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Neco if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Neco uses Australia Post's eParcel delivery system. This requires you to sign for your products on delivery. You should receive your Neco purchase within 1 - 10 working days from the time you made your order.

Picking Up Your Order
Orders can be picked up by visiting our store at 101-107 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn, VIC, 3130.
Product Availability
If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 1 - 10 working day timeframe, we will inform you by telephone and get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter.Returns, Exchanges and Faulty goods
If you wish to return your purchase from Neco for any reason, please contact us first on 03 9264 7900. We will then advise you on how to return the product to us. Any product received without prior notice will not be processed.If you return goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.
Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
1. Unused, unopened and in original condition
2. Undamaged (apart from where damage in initial transit is reason for return)
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery
In the event of a return by you or your recipient due to change of mind, we will exchange or refund in the form of a Neco Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate. However, you will pay the postage and handling fee of the return to Neco and re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial postage and handling fee, gift wrapping, and other fees.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, gift wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment once we receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item to Neco.
Returns and Refunds of items paid for by Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
For gifts purchased using a Neco or third party Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate (or any part thereof), the amount paid by Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates will be refunded in the form of a Neco Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
Please ensure all Neco Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate to offset that cost.All Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
Neco Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates.
Privacy, Security & Spam
Neco respects your privacy. Any personal information your supply to Neco is used for administrative purposes only to fulfil your order and will be kept secure. Should you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, there is an option to unsubscribe at any time.
We keep your personal information secure and will never sell your details on to other organisations. From time to time we may introduce you to trusted partners whose services we believe may be of interest to you.

All products remain the property of Neco until they have been paid for by you. Delivery of requested items will be made when payment has been received in full. Neco does not have any liability to you, the purchaser, arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All guarantees and warranties are provided by manufacturers and are applicable only when stated on products.
