10/10/10 is the 350 Global Day of Action. 350.org is an international campaign that's building a movement to unite the world around solutions to the climate crisis. 10/10/10 is a day to show our leaders and politicians that we want change!

The focus of the campaign is the number 350--as in parts per million CO2. If we can't get below that, scientists say, the damage we're already seeing from global warming will continue and accelerate. Over 7,000 "work-parties" are expected to take place in 188 countries on 10/10/10, the single largest day of carbon-cutting action in the planet's history. The work parties, which range from solar installations to tree plantings, are designed to send a clear message: citizens are getting to work on climate solutions and so should their politicians.
