LED Money Back Guarantee

Neco will replace any LED lamps that fail

Any lamp is subject to failure. In fact, lamp manufacturers expect anywhere between 5-10% of their lamps to fail on average. LEDs are the same – some are great, and a small percentage are duds! That’s why we’ll replace any Neco LED lamp that fails within 12 months of being purchased. To claim a replacement lamp, simply send the failed lamp back to us, and we’ll send out a new one.

Replacement LED globe conditions

Sometimes it isn’t the lamp that is at fault – it may be the fitting or wiring. That’s why we will only replace each LED lamp once. If an LED lamp in the same fitting fails more than once, it indicates an issue with wiring or fittings. LED lamps are extremely sensitive to fluctuations in voltage, which can drastically shorten their life and/or cause them to fail. In this instance, have an electrician check your wiring, and where necessary, replace any offending transformers or fittings.

If you’re not happy with the light output

Neco’s MR16 LED down light is around 80% as bright as a halogen down light. Given that most people dim their halogen down lights as they are too bright, the brightness of Neco’s MR16 LED down light is perfect, especially when you consider they are only using around 25% of the energy. However, if you are unhappy with the light output of Neco’s MR16 LED down lights, simply send the lamps and packaging back to us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll refund the full cost of the lamps.

General lighting policy

We will replace every lamp purchased from us that fails once. To receive a replacement lamp, simply send the faulty lamp back to us, along with proof of purchase, and we will replace it for free. If the replacement lamp fails, then it indicates a problem with the wiring or the voltage/current coming into your home or business (not a problem with the lamp), and you will need to arrange an electrician to repair the fault at your expense.
