Delivery Details & Charges

Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. You may want to consider having parcels delivered to your work address for ease of collection. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Neco if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

eParcel Delivery System

Neco uses Australia Post's eParcel delivery system. This requires you to sign for your products on delivery. You should receive your Neco purchase within 1-10 working days from the time you made your order. Large items, heavy packages or orders that require more than one box may incur further postage costs. If so we will contact you with the details of the additional postage charge before sending. To find out where your package is simply click the eParcel logo and enter your Delivery Number. Your Delivery Number is emailed to you when your order is processed.

Collecting Your Order

Orders can be collected from our premises at 101-107 Whitehorse Road, Blackburn 3130. Please call prior to collection to ensure your order is ready.
