How to Order
We have made shopping at Neco easy. Browse through the products in the shop, then, make your selection by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. You can add or remove products throughout the shopping process. To complete your order, select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will then require your postage and payment details. There may be a delay from when you order to when your credit card is charged. Purchases must be made with Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.
Product Availability
If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 1-10 working day timeframe, we will inform you by telephone and get the order to you as soon as possible.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
Please ensure all Neco Gift Vouchers are redeemed at the time of ordering. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher. All Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. Neco Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
