"Getting a grid connected solar system can be a complex process, I spent months trying to work out what I wanted and from who. For me it was important to have good quality components from reputable manufacturers. After much research, I decided on Suntech panels and a SunnyBoy inverter, now I had to decide where to get it from.

After attending a presentation by Neco on solar power options and deciding to go ahead with a purchase, we opted for Neco because of the service we had received to date, and the knowledge that they would only be using quality components. Neco provided a lot of information freely and were great at explaining a lot of the jargon associated with solar power.

The after purchase service we received was great, being kept up to date with where things were at even when there were delays with obtaining inverters. Installation was smooth and, despite a rain delay, completed quickly. After sales support has been excellent too. Whitehorse City Council

Neco was engaged by Whitehorse City Council to install a 12kW solar grid connect system on the roof of the Civic Centre. Neco won a competitive tender process, and was able to install the system on time - no mean feat considering the scale and short project timeline.

Neco also installed a monitoring and display system in the foyer of the Civic Centre that displays information such as current power, total power, CO2 saved, wind speed and external temperature. The system is maintenance free and help Whitehorse City Council reduce its carbon emissions, and its electricity bill.

"We had 20 halogen downlights throughout our house, and with 3 kids at home, they were always being left on. Our electricity bills were horrendous, and they were only going to get worse with the increase in electricity prices. I had tried some LED lights before, but they were always too dull, or they worked for a week, or didn't work at all!

A friend told us about the Neco LED downlight so I jumped online and submitted an inquiry through their website. A few minutes later my phone rang and it was Neco! A consultant came out to my home later that day and installed a trial LED downlight. The result was great - it worked first time, put out a great light - I couldn't really tell the dfference!

I've now replaced all the halogen downlights in my home with Neco LEDs and they are all performing admirably with no failures and no flickering. I haven't received my electricity bill yet, but I'm sure it will be less. I would highly recommend Neco's LEDs and their installation service also."
